The engineer checks the boiler, the flue and the obvious controls, then explains the fault in plain language. Boiler repair only goes ahead once you have accepted a fixed price for parts and labour.
Common jobs include ignition faults, diverter valves, pumps, pressure loss and frozen condensate pipes. If the boiler is not worth repairing, we say so and price a replacement instead.
